Default Ryland Homes and Lawson Development in Union County

Can anyone tell me what the LAWSON development is like? It looks beautiful from what I can tell online, and I like the Ryland Homes 2 models in particular? does anyone know what their standard features are? I know you have to put some upgrades in, however some builders give you alot that are standard that would normally be an upgrade....

Thanks

Hi NJ mom

I think Lawson is absolutely beautiful. It is one of the (if not the) fastest selling communities in Union County. It will also be quite large when it's finished. Right now there are several builders in there: Pulte (who is building patio homes), Ryan (who is sold out for now I believe), Ryland, Shea and Orleans. What's really nice about the community is that they have left a lot of trees, and will have a lot of dedicated common area. The downside is that it is down Providence Road which right now is just one lane coming into Union County. There are plans to widen it to two lanes up to Rea Road, but I'm not sure when that will be completed.

As far as Ryland is concerned, I like them. (I have a Ryland house myself) But you know as well as I do that just about every homebuilder will have an issue with their home at one time or another. I have had minor problems with my home and have never had a problem that wasn't resolved.

Hope that was helpful
