I'd like to offer an observation if I may. I used to live on the right hand side of Providence Rd heading south right before the intersection with Fairview Rd. Rush hour traffic was a nightmare & many times it took me 30+ minutes to get from South Park Mall to my home. Try & find a neighborhood that doesn't empty out onto a major road like Providence without a traffic light at the intersection. Hopefully there will be more than one route you can use to beat the traffic. There are a lot of great properties here. Have a good time checking them out!

If you go to carolinahome.com and search in area 5, then use their map feature to see how close the listings are to SouthPark. I did a quick search and saw several that were pretty close and within your price range. Some of the neighborhoods are Belingrath, Quail Park, Greentree, and Mountainbrook.
