Hello friends, Where to start. Okay i live in miami,Fl right now but i dislike it. I like many people are looking to go north. North Carolina sounds like a good place to live and start a future with my girlfriend. Ill right my questions are the following.Hopefully i can get all my questions answered,1st (job opportunity) I am an employee of bank of america and i am 22 yrs old. I have no problem getting a transer but my g/f isnt that lucky so she would need to find a job similar to the one she has over there in miami.
My g/f works for an office and she is trained to do payroll and several other related office duties. Is it hard for her to find and job once over in NC. 2nd how much annual income do we need to have to live good not in the ghettoo....3rd Can you guys tell me anyneighborHOODS i should stay clear from.4th I have few addresses that yo guys might help me out in are they good neighborhoods...finally most important question We know an education is important but we have been taking it at a slow pace and all we have complete is a H.s but working on finishing a AA and more, is that going to be a problem.

And yet ANOTHER coming down without a job. This is gonna be hysterical before long.
For some reason people think Charlotte is the answer to all their problems.
Now to the OP, Foxhaven Dr address is an apt complex in the Ballantyne area, The Preserve.
I would think that would be quite safe, the complex is approx 10 yrs old and looks nice.
The OP is just 22 years old and trying to figure out how to tap into a better way of life. He has a job w/ BofA and can transfer. His g/f has skills. They both want more education, too.
MR: First, you need to find out about your transfer and a timeline for that. Your g/f can apply for temp work while looking for a fulltime job. CPCC is a great school here, and the tuition is very reasonable. Doesn't BofA have a tuition reimbursement program that you can eventually qualify for? That would be great if you could work that out.
Once you know when you will be transferring here, we can help you more. Also, where you rent will depend on how much $$ you have to work w/. So I think you need to work out the job transfer first and then let us know what you can afford. We can then advise you on decent, safe areas to get an apartment once we have more info.
