We Need a Bakery

There's a small bakery in Plaza-Midwood that's really good

If I were a baker, I would try to open in Birkdale Village or some other type of live/work environment. If you got in with the locals, everything else would slide into place. IMO. Good luck!

The kind that you can get fresh baked rolls, breads, buns, donuts, brownies, cookies, pies, cakes. Everything is available immediately and on display in big glass cases. The smell alone adds 5 pounds to your waist. On weekends you take a number and patiently wait. They tie your boxes of heaven in string...you know, that kind of bakery.....not that anything is wrong with yours!

YYUUMMM...Such wonderful memories of the "bakeries" from my childhood just flashed back.. My mouth is watering for a Crumb Bun, or maybe a jelly donut rolled in cinnamon sugar..
