I want to open my own bakery here in the south Charlotte area. But I'm a mom with three kids and would need a partner.

no seriously, i just went to chicago for a weekend, and there are cupcake shops EVERYWHERE!! how cool? i wish we had something like that, but i've yet to find one... |

My specialty is pie, cinnamon rolls, muffins, real cake and cupcakes, and awesome cookies . . . real hometown stuff not foofy pastry . . and I have yet to find a real bakery in our fair city.
