Downtown Belmont is a slightly smaller version of downtown Matthews. In fact, the park at the center is better than Matthews stumptown park, and they do the movies in the park in the summer and similar stuff. Some coffeehouses, a family pub, a steakhouse coming very soon...... its quaint but a nice hangout on the weekends.
