Carolina Realty Solutions

Does anyone have any feedback regarding this realty company. Have you used them for a full service or flat fee listing? Or to buy a home? Please DM me with your responses.

Just checking in to see if you got any replies to your inquiry? I have checked around w/ friends and relatives and haven't found anyone who has used them. My sister said someone she knew had used them - but she had no feedback as to how the process went. Hope someone was able to help you.

We were interested in a house a year ago, listed with CRS. We called the # on the sign and the agent was not helpful or friendly. You think that he would be bending over backwards and kissing ass for business. That's OK, we ended up in a bigger house and using a realtor friend instead.

Thank you for your response. We were thinking of using their flat fee listing service and asked for references. The repsonse was out of respect for our clients we do not provide references. I thought that was an odd response. I have never dealt with a company that would not provide a reference. I was hoping maybe I was missing something, but perhaps not.

It's best to stick with your instincts on these types of things. Firms that offer flat fee Listings do it for a reason, and I think you may have discovered what that reason is. Good Luck!!

I would have to agree - it would make me very uncomfortable with any company who would not willingly supply me with references of satisfied customers. Even a doctors office will do that before a certain surgical procedure if a patient is not sure about having it done - they'll give you 3 names of patient's who have had whatever procedure it is done for you to contact.

I used them to sell my townhome in South Charlotte, the agent I used was very professional and knowledgable, the sign up process was easy and I my listing posted the very next day. My home sale was successful and I saved over $5,000, great company, great program, I will definitely use them again if I sell another home.
