I always liked Millbridge and see it is still booming and hundreds of lots remaining. I have a few questions.

Whats the story with the pool in the summertime? I've heard it regularly exceeds capacity and people have to wait until other leave to enter, any truth? Are there plans for a second pool?

How are the existing homes holding up quality wise over the years?

Looks like the split for Parkwood/Cuthbertson districts are determined by the creek just south of Hudson Mill Rd or is Hudson Mill the line? I know this could only be speculation, but any rumors for the next redistricting?

For the most part, are people getting along well, living in close proximity? Kids staying out of trouble?

Any other input or comments are welcome.
