Default Apartments in Historic Concord

Need some help on the possiblity of an apartment in historic district of Concord. Are there any? Rough idea of one bedroom rental price?

Check craigslist. I have seen some on there from time to time, usually around $500. They are usually very small though. If I remember correctly, about 500-650 square feet.
