I think I remember a tread about Tuscany maybe 6 months ago. The thread became quite negative, unfulfilled promises etc. We looked at Tuscany but only one phase was opened and they were not going to open the next phase until the sewer permit issue was resolved. Did they ever get their permits? If that issue goes on for several years, how are the cost for the ammenities going to be paid? Its an impressive pool they are building, will the upkeep be divided by the few dozen homes that are completed? The good news for them and Briarcrest is that they will be going to the new schools. At the time we were looking, that was not a roll of the dice I was about to take. Never been a big fan of KHOV, too many horror stories. We were interested in Briarcrest w/ Ryan, they wound up leaving. Glad they waited to publish the school reasignments.

Have you looked at Stonebridge? You can check out Find Your Next Home or Live at Stonebridge | LIVE WHERE YOU PLAY.. It's worth a look . The pool should be finished by June 1. They have a few spec homes available now. We moved in June 2007 and love it.
