Well, I'm able to get out of my contract with Centex but I'm still waiting to hear about the deposit. I should know in a few days. SO I'm back to square one for looking for a house. Saw a real nice one in Dominion in HC but someone had just (I mean like 2 hrs before) put a contract on it so I gave my info and am hoping it falls through Looked at other communities but for what I wanted (we have decided to buy what we want instead of going inexpensive) I'm looking at like $400k and thats just a ranch with a basement on a decent lot. No upgrades in the house alone. Then I'd probably be looking at $450K+. I'm also looking into resales with a couple of acres to them..Oh well. I'm just banking on everything happens for a reason idea

Centennial has some really nice houses that are close to be ready to go. The builder (M/I) is offering some good incentives right now.....
