Moving to Union County
My move to Union County will be this November. I am looking for a realtor to represent me as a buyer's agent, BUT I want someone who specializes in golf communities in particular. My budget will allow me to spend up to 800K for a 4000 sq ft house with a minimum 3 car garage and preferably on one level. I have been researching communites on the internet and there is no shortage. I am confused. Please help.

I don't know of realtors in this area that just specialize in golf communities -- I think it would probably limit their business too much to do that. After a quick check on the MLS I think Firethorne is your best bet. I would be happy to send you the listings I found -- just PM me, and best of luck to you in your search

Funny it is - Many many Northerners in Charlotte surrounding areas. Who else can afford $500 plus homes in NC. So don't worry!

So, tell me, will I be an outsider in Union when I am there? A Virginian? It will be like I am visiting New York...that could be cool....

Have you looked at Firethorne? I don't know if you can find one for 800K or less, but it is a great community.

That is definitely not the feeling I am getting. My family and I are hoping to be down there in July and we are from RI and everyone has been so welcoming already and we haven't even arrived. How is it all going for you?
