If you are planning to relocate to the Charlotte/Lake Norman area where do you plan to look for a home - realtor, newspaper, internet, magazines? The reason I am asking is that my parents have recently retired and are trying to sell their house in Mooresville so they can move closer to their grandkids. There are a LOT of homes for sell in their price range so they want to get theirs noticed. THANKS!!!

Hopefully their agent has it listed in all these places. Also I would list it on Craiglist etc etc. Anywhere it could get exposure I would put it there.

Make some flyers put them in the Post office there are places there to pin up your info. Coffee shops in the area will also allow some Realtors to have a display so you could put some in there as well.

I hope your parents are able to sell maybe after the holidays things will pick up....

Good Luck to them and you

They should be able to sell soon!

Things are still going strong for our office!

Good marketing and the right price goes a long way.

Good Luck and Best Wishes!!!
