You will have some great places to chose from in that price range

You want to be looking in uptown Charlotte itself or in the Dilworth and Southend areas.

I'll send you a few links to show you what you can expect.

You can buy mine! We're relocating to Seattle for my husband's job, and sadly leaving just as we will be finishing up the renovations we planned to do this year. Should hit the market early June. We're in the Ivey's building right in the middle of uptown. It's an old department store converted to condos. Send me a note if you want to hear more! There are some other Ivey's units on the market already, but I think ours will look the nicest (of course).

Uptown is great...but at $350,000 you will not get alot of square footage. It will get you into a nice unit...but most likely small. Unfortunately Uptown probably is the most expensive square footage in the city for Condo's. You would be lucky to get 1,200 - 1,400 sq feet Uptown at the above price...but as an Uptown resident...I wouldn't live anywhere else in the city and deal with small square footage.

GOOD LUCK!
