Mixed housing from what i understand are usually brokered in deals between the cities and the builders.While some buyers get subsidies from the city, the builders are allowing it so they can get some sweet deals from the city.

You are quite mistaken on that one. It is torn down but I lived about 500 yards from there and our condo's constantly had problems from the "kids" that lived there. And yes, the police said they were from that development. B&E, grand theft, larceny, etc...all from "kids" from that development.

Be that as it may, they are gone now so what other "drug infested" places are to be found in South Park?
