Question on Re-Sale in Chimney's of Marvin (estate, house)

We currently live in the Chimney's of Marvin, one of the first homes in the Estates portion of the community. We have one of the homes with the most upgrades in the community as they were looking to drive interest with the first few homes built (granite, professional epoxy garage floors & crown molding throughout). We then added blinds in the house & fencing to the ~0.5 acre lot. We are now contemplating selling so that we can move further into the country into an equestrian community. Thoughts on interest in a resale in this community?

I think if you sale you are going to take a hit. We looked at the community after they made the changes of what was included and didn't like that we had no options. If you don't mind being inconvenienced by having your house on the market then give it a try. That is what we did with our house last year. We knew we would move eventually and we put it on the market to see if it would sell and it did...thank goodness because the market in Cali started going the down the month after we closed.
