Prenatal Fitness or Yoga Classes? (YMCA, distance, schedule)

Hi guys,

I'm looking for prenatal Yoga or fitness classes in Steele Creek (or within driving distance).

Unfortunately the YMCA Ayrsley does not offer anything.

gosh! It's been 18 years since I've thought about that... but back then, CMC offered prenatal fitness classes. The instructors were young and skinny and I don't think they'd ever been pregnant before. I worked my rear off!!!

Maybe others will have more recent suggestions.

I am aware that they have a prenatal yoga class at the YMCA in Fort Mill (within Baxter Village). Not sure how far you want to drive but it is right off of Interstate 77 (exit 85)
