Thanks for the photos! I always see signs and hear the names but never drive by, nice to see! Are these all new developments? If so, do they expect to get them sold?

It helps so much when we actually have photos of neighborhoods. We all need to get out and snap photos!!!! I seem to always be in such a big hurry when I am out and about. Gotta slow down and take some photos to share . . . THANKS SUNNY!!!

I actually had no idea there were such nice houses here in Cabarrus (probably cause they're out of my price range, lol!). One thing I'll say, they sure look nice compared to newer subdivisions built in the midwest! They actually have a little personality, some attention to detail, very nice! I'm curious to know the price range, at least now I have images to put with the questions/threads here!

I have no idea of wha t the price points for these subdivision are maybe a realtor can share that info or see if google can assist you. Im sure it cant be to bad .

If my memory stands corrected I believe these are all off hwy 73 across from the Mecklenburg County line. Very ideal location. As you can see in some of the photos the yard isnt complete or home looks empty showing the newness. I would say maybe the oldest is probably 5 years old as I watch these subdivisions "pop" up over the last 7 years on my trips down 73
