Figures out the cost of supplies and materials and multiply by 3. That should give you a ballpark figure.

Default remodeling cost

Cost per square foot can range from $25 for simple walls and roof that are unfinished to $500 or more for a top of the line bathroom or kitchen. A contractor or architecture after some careful study of your plans is the only way to get a "real" estimate.

The calculator at Remodeling upgrades and improvements estimates such as kitchen remodeling estimates can give you a rough idea for budgeting...
