Default Where Is The Highest/lowest Altitude

Greetings On This Blessed Christmas Day !!!!happy Holidays !!!!! I Am Interested In Knowing Where Is The Highest And Lowest Areas In Charlotte. Reason..... I Think That The Higher The Area The Less Humidity There Would Be . So In My Planing I Will Be Looking At High Terrain When Selecting A Home Site. Drainage Will Be Quicker When It Pours, milddew Is Not As Welcome And Temperatures Will Be A Bit Cooler . So.... How High Is Charlotte Above Sea Level ? And Is There Any Area That Floods Easily When A Downpour Occurs ? Can Anyone Answer Those Questions ? Thanks
