Has anyone benn there? Is it worth the trip? My 8 year old has been a "King" fan ever since the movie "Cars". He is driving me nuts about the Plymouth Roadrunner Superbird.

I've been to the museum and felt it was worth the trip. There are a number of cars on display, cases of trophies, jackets and other Petty racing memorabilia.

If you have the time, I'd find the Richard Childress museum and visit that as well. It is by far one of the very best racing museums around. To any Dale Earnhardt fan this is a must see!
