We are purchasing our home from Southampton Homes (specifically in Huntersville). I have been reading through the threads but there doesn't seem to be any mention of them. I know this is a smaller homebuilder, but they do have a few different locations in the Charlotte area.

I am interested to see what the experience was like, were they responsive to your concerns, how is the finished product?

Anything would help!

Thank You

Yes I have a little. I have looked out there a couple of times in Tanners Creek. I can't say they are bad builders. They seem to have a decent rep. from what I can tell. I think they offer the standard warranty etc.

Have you already started the building process or did you buy one of the inventory homes?

We are in the building process. The foundation was poured today! I've just not seen anyone talk about them so I got a little worried! I've heard neither bad or good...so just looking to get some opinions.
