indian trail question
More questions, Still thinking about Indian trail. Is anybody unhappy living there? Will I have a hard time finding a job in sales? My company has an opening in the Charlotte area, can anybody make a suggestion how to go about getting a transfer.

I have been here for 2 years and never been happier!
Have you talked to your human resources person about a transfer? I would start there.
Best of luck to you on your move!

Been in Indian Trail 3 months
My family and I like it here, but it is a big change from metro Atlanta. Happy to elaborate if you have more specific questions.
I was told it's like "Mayberry in a good way." Developing but still pretty rural. Decent access to Uptown. Great taxes and many nice new subdivisions. We definitely got much more for our money here than other areas just outside Charlotte.

I have been in Indian Trail two months and love it. We just bought a new home, spec home, in Annandale and definately got the bang for our buck. Plus I am so close to everything, its great and recommend it highly.

Last year when I visited Indian Trail we really liked it....except for one thing, Independence Blvd...it looks like a madhouse during rush hour traffic. Even on the weekends the road was extremely busy, which was something I was trying to get away from here in South FL. Once I get off the road, the neighborhoods were nice and quiet, Im just thinking of my daily commute and also going out to do chores, etc etc.

I rarely go onto 74, I stay on Old Monroe Rd, it goes right to 485, Matthews etc. Unless I am crossing it to go to Super Walmart or somewhere else, mostly we stay on Old Monroe, we tend to head towards Matthews though vs Monroe.

Same here. I rarely use 74. I do all of my shopping towards Matthews using Old Monroe and I take the country backroads(which I love)to get to Providence(for more shopping )
