Default Mortgage Broker/Lender Recommendations?
Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a good mortgage broker or even a lender? My broker isn't very reliable and I'm looking for a new one.

I used a guy that my Realtor recommended and was very happy. His name is Skip O'Neal: (704) 335-1913.

His rates were VERY competitive with what I got from banks. Hope that helps.

I used a great lender at Moderator cut: dm the information . Very knowledgeable and helpful. Good Luck.
