Hello......my family currently lives in the sad state of Michigan. We are considering moving to NC. Things here are very slow. We own a small concrete foundation company. We do foundation and block work.

We have 2 small children and are finding it very hard to survive here. My husband has been looking for work for a year now.

How are things in NC? How is the real estate market there? What is the price of gas? Here in Michigan it is about $2.35 per gal. Is there commercial buildings also going up?

If anyone has any input, we would certainly appreciate it.

Blessings,
forgiven

Real estate is booming in charlotte and is only going to get more expensive within the next 2 years. I think that is the average price of gas there but I havent been down in a month so someone who lives their year around will chime in.
