I was just looking for input on the different communities in the Indian trail area. Any info would be great.

What are you looking for in a home -- price range, bedrooms, baths, community amenities?

We are in our mid 30's with a 3 yr old son. Our price range for a home is between 175K -225K and we would like a 3 bedroom. We also would like a nice community with a pool, tennis, fitness club and fields for our son. We would also like sidewalks, I know that sounds odd, but some don't have any and we would feel a bit unsafe for our son with no sidewalks. We don't have to have eveything and are open , but these are on top of the wish list.

In addition to Lake Park, I would consider Taylor Glenn, Brandon Oaks, Brook Valley, Holly Park, Cascades, Crismark, there's even a few in Bonterra. Best of luck to you, and let me know if I can help
