They already know!!!! California license plates are everywhere and we have a pretty good film business in the Carolinas too, though not like Hollywood. I don't know the name of any specific places, but look around SW Charlotte/Westinghouse Blvd Area, Fort Mill or Rock Hill, SC and Gastonia, NC.

Hey, we use to live in "good old" Southern Calif. before we moved to Colorado and then to here in Huntersville. But, we may now end up moving to Florida where there is absolutely NO winter at all.
Good luck find a job. I've been out of work since we arrived here last Oct 07. Luckly, wife got a good paying Accounting type job here. I'm still looking. It looks like you live in Huntersville also and that would be a drive down to the southwestern part of Charlotte. I spent 4 1/2 years driving 28 miles each way to work, while living in Colorado. But, I started work at 7AM and got off at 3:30PM, so not much traffic at all.

If in Huntersville, look around Mooresville for the welding/fabricating jobs. NASCAR and a lot of other industries up there.
