Mooresville Neighborhoods in Zip 28115 (school district, subdivision, live in)

We have made several long trips to Mooresville before we decided move there and have decided we would like to be in the Mooresville Graded School District. Which is mostly in the 28115 zip code.

Can anyone tell me some neighborhoods to check into in this area? We are looking to stay under 450K BUT would like a decent piece of property. Around .50 Acre would be good. We really would like to be in a subdivision with amenities and other small children if possible.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I live in this area.Love it,by the way. Been here my whole life. You should look into Cherry Grove,Linwood Farms,Wellsley,Harris Village,Walden Ridge.There are also some nice resales on the market right now.There is a new developement going in on Wiggins road but I think the starting price is 450,000.You should really use an experienced realtor to help you out. There is alot to look at in this area. PM me if you would like more info and I'll give you my no.
