I haven't heard anything bad or good -- the homes look beautiful, many of the ones I've seen are full brick. Where are you looking?

Dublin is a smaller builder, and because of this, they seem to give better quality and and more for the money. I looked at their homes, but the locations were not right for me. because they are not as big as some other builders, they do not have the ability to buy huge tracks of land in prime locations. but if you fiond a location you like, the homes are great. they will modify plans and work with you on making a deal happen.
