We looked at the model houses here today and really liked them. We are looking to move from the Cabarrus Crossing subdivision (which is around the corner) where we have lived for 2 years. Not really thrilled with the Cabarrus Crossing neighborhood...we are looking for a more "upscale" neighborhood with better amenities (they are going to be building a lazy river, waterslide pool, etc) and to stay in the Odell school district. We have an 8 year old and an 8 month old. Wondering if anyone knows about Skybrook North? I know it is a pretty new neighborhood, so if anyone knows anything I would love the feedback... we are really close to signing on to build there. I just hope we can sell our current home by the closing in Sept/Oct.!!
thanks!

We are in the Odell school district now, and we want to stay in the district since we are happy with it and so is our son. Happy with Cabarrus taxes too.. just wondering about the Skybrook North neighborhood since it is fairly new. We are looking for a neighborhood we will be in for the "long haul" and want to make sure we are making the right choice by maybe building there.

Do you get to go to the skybrook amenities? If so that is a good space - if not - it is just a piece of land with pretty houses smashed together -

We would get the regular Skybrook amenites till the Skybrook North amenities are done (scheduled to be done next spring with a lazy river, waterslides, pool, clubhouse)
We realize it's a "piece of land with pretty houses smashed together" but they will eventually have the amenities too. Just wondering if Skybrook North is a "good" and "family oriented" neighborhood, since this is what is important to us. We want a safe neighborhood with lots of kids for ours to play with.

Thumbs up Skybrook N - Pulte neighborhood

We moved in here 5 months back. Its a very nice neighborhood, very kid friendly, and the house models are also very nice for the price.

We searched for almost 2 years before finalizing on this community. We were looking for community that was kid friendly, and nice amenities.

Good luck with your search.

and yes, being a part of the Skybrook, you are allowed to use amenities from the current skybrook, as well as new amenities being built
