The park is not open yet. It has been pending on future development for years due to a land swap issue.

It will be a mixed use park (aka housing)

Simonini Builders owns the land and are planning to build a development like Christenbury - They only have a gate there now. You are not missing anything - it is just a big field with a pond that is not groomed.

I AM SOOOOO SORRY THAT THIS LAND MUST BE ABUSED!! I drove by the other evening on the way home. I saw two beautiful deer. They were near the road. They were so frightened. WE DO NOT NEED MORE HOMES!! Shame on Siminoni Builders for NOT BEING TRUTHFUL ABOUT THE ACTUAL USE FOR THIS LAND!! We need NATURE PRESERVES!! May the economy HURT Siminoni!!

Simonini is under construction and they are adjacent to the actual preserve. They are using "Robbins Park" to brand the community but not actually developing any of the preserved land.
