Looking to buy a new single-family house. Will appreciate any insight on this !

We are planning to move to this Locality The Farm at River Pointe at Davidson, NC.
How is the neighborhood/community?

Housing, taxes and prices?

Wanted to know how NorthWest Cabarrus High School is?
Any Complaints? How does it compare to Cox-mill High? their ACADEMICS/COURSES offered/EDUCATION
What are the school ratings?

Do we have any Charter schools nearby?

There are charters around - Carolina International School is down Poplar Tent, and they are building a K-12 school Bonnie Cone Classical just past 73 on Poplar Tent. Traffic is going to be a mess in the mornings and afternoons.

I know people in the Farms and haven't heard anything bad. NW has the same good and bad things that happen at every HS. I have one at Cox Mill HS and will have another in August, and she wants to attend NWHS because that's where her friends are going. NW has a health program choice program. They will be building a new NWHS (the existing one will become the middle school, and the current middle could be split into two elementary schools as they did with Odell. Construction on the new HS may have started already, but not entirely sure.

You can look up the school ratings on the NC website to see what they are.

Prices are going up in our area for housing, and a few new neighborhoods are also going up. I'm not sure if they pay city/county taxes or just county. Some of the neighborhood is considered Kannapolis, and some are Davidson.
