I drove around Berkshire yesterday (in the pouring rain) and it looked like a nice neighborhood. I'm amazed I can buy a really nice home in there for under $200k! That's WAY cheaper than buying a tiny house with no yard in Huntersville. How is this neighborhood though as far as safety is concerned? And are there any grocery stores nearby (within a 10 min drive)? I didn't scout out the area to much other than looking in all the neighborhoods around there. Old Stone Crossing is really nice too but most homes in there are out of range for us right now.

Default Any other feedback on the neighborhood?

They seemed to be priced very low.

Is there any other feedback on this particular neighborhood? Good, bad and ugly please... there's a house in this neighborhood I might be interested in purchasing.
