Cosmos Cafe
I am excited to post that the owners of Cosmos Cafe (downtown) are opening a new restaurant at the corner of Rea Rd. and Williams Pond. I eat at the downtown location at least once a week and the food is incredible....so are the martini's, but anyway, I am excited. We are moving out that way soon and it will be nice to have something familiar nearby.
It is under construction now. It's going to have a nice large covered patio outside. They told me about it a while back, but now that it's official I can tell everyone!

It's gonna be awhile before it opens b/c they just broke ground not too long ago on it.

They are hoping to be open by November, but I don't think it will be before December. Their designer (the same one that designed the Cosmos Cafe downtown) just flew in for a month and they are busy with him right now. The building will be complete in about a month for them (the restaurant owners) to take over and do their thing. |

So, I was totally off...
They are finally opening next week. They are shooting for Wednesday.
The Ballantyne location will be open for dinner only except for Sat/Sun which they will also be open for brunch.

Kudos, I was at their uptown location on Friday night. The new location is much closer for me.
