Has anyone seen Oakstone-Bonterra Townhouses in Indian Trail.
I was just curious to see what they look like inside. You can just see the floor plan. It looks like a great set up. If anyone has looked at them and taken pictures can you please post them. When my husband and I were in Charlotte in December, we just looked at the Wendover Townhouses in Stallings. If anyone has seen both developments can you please let me know your likes and dislikes about both.
Thanks

My brother actually lives in a town house in Oakstone. I don't have pictures, but I can tell you they are really nice. His is a Master Down with a nice living room, fireplace, kitchen downstairs and up stairs has two large bedrooms, bath and a nice bonus room or 4th bedroom. Really nice!

Is there a pool there? Thanks for the feedback.

No, they have tossed it around a lot... but it keeps getting voted down.

Oakstone is not a nice community, and the new 74 bypass is going to run thru Bonterra!

I have had two different clients move in there and they enjoy it. No amenities, aside from some walking trails, but it is a very quiet neighborhood. Clients are very happy, however they are a little further south into the county than the stallings wendover (portrait) community.
Did you speak with Em at Oakstone? She is great to work with. If you need help, let me know.

I heard that it is supposed to go through Bonterra Village. Oakstone is separate from Bonterra Village.

I am not sure why this is your opinion, please explain. I have first hand experience with Oakstone and it is very quiet, beautiful homes and town homes, not over crowded and well taken care of. Bonterra residents got letters saying it is an option for the bypass, not the final decision. There have been many many options and until the final decision is made, you can't assume it will be built there. There was an option of it running through my house (literally on the map!) and down my street in our neighborhood... but once the state looked at the number of homes it would take out, they cancelled that option.
