I know this is an old thread, but Pulte is still selling these town homes, so I'm going to make a comment. I purchased one last year, and would advice anyone else not to move into any of the town homes near I-485. The traffic noise is loud – especially in the evening and earlier morning. You can here it in your bedrooms and living room. I'm going to be installing soundproof windows in the bedrooms, once my budget allows it.
