Stone Creek Ranch Townhomes
Does anyone have idea about the townhomes in Stone Creek Ranch?
It seems they lowered the price but how is the community? Not sure if the prices are still reasonable.

My cousin owns a home in Stone Creek and loves it. The neighborhood is kept very nice and people tend to care about their properties. Great location too. Two thumbs up from me!

What would be a decent price for a townhome out there? I know options would increase the total cost but I'm not sure how much I want to pay in this market. Right now their base prices range from $175K to $203K

That's pretty cheap for a town home in that area. Pulte is building some in the same area for a lot more.

Centex already reduced their prices a couple of times at Stone Creek Ranch. I wouldn't be surprised to see them reduced again.
Pulte is building town homes near the corner of Ardrey Kell and Marvin Roads. I haven't seen the prices for them yet though.

I have friends that live in the townhomes at Stone Creek Ranch, they can't say enough good things about the neighborhood. That pricing sounds great, especially for that area.

I am concerned if they are going to lower their prices again...there seems to be lot of new townhome construction and existing sales out there in the market.
What about their new single family homes? Any idea what the fair price on that would be? $100 / Sq. Ft?

Lived in the townhomes! Ok, great layouts. Great use of space. Some townhomes have nice yards, some do not, so be careful.
ALSO take note that eventually the pool that is for the townhomes will be only for townhomes, and the big pool for the rest of the community for them. I have kids and couldn't use the townhome pool b/c my kids were young! I know that some time, they will enforce not allowing townhome ppl into the rest of stone creek pools. just a heads up!
