Looked at Craft Homes and Davis before we moved here - the homes Craft had before were much, much more interesting than what they're putting up now (no offense to anyone who is now in a True Home). Craft was building some of the biggest homes in Waterlyn a year ago, and now they're building the absolute smallest... and they seem to be building them as fast as they can, which I find a little alarming. Weird - I don't know what happened there.
It will be a couple of years before the whole neighborhood is finished and we see how the whole community fills in, but I'm not thrilled about living so close to Steelcroft. There is a thru street from here to there now and it's used way too much by that neighborhood, for some odd reason, considering where it's located.
We chose Waterlyn because it's closer to shopping than Berewick - plus the sales reps there were really sketchy last year - and I get to drive thru Winget Park on the way to work everyday.

I thought True Homes looked VERY boxy. Plus your right on the money when you say they go up in what looks like 2 weeks. I take the same way through the neighborhood to work and one day took the other way and saw like 5 new houses almost completed and I couldnt believe it. Not sure how solid those houses are to go up that fast.
I agree about Steelecroft. I dislike the fact they are RIGHT there. It doesn't give us enough privacy here.
Right next to berewick a NEW SHOPPING CENTER is being built finally with a BLOOM and a few other stores. Just adds another option for shopping.
Convenience is TOP NOTCH here in waterlyn. I take shopton right to work each day 15 minutes easiest drive I have ever taken.
