Default Cheap Furniture

Hey!

Moving down to Charlotte and i was wondering if there are any cheap furniture stores around. We're probably looking for a king sized bedroom set, dining room set and possible something for the living room. I know Ikea is opening up next year but that might be a little too late.

Thanks,
Pete

NP, I also have bought furniture at the second hand store at the corner of S.Tryon and Westinghouse Blvd. Proceeds go to an Alzheimer's organization. It's second hand, but I've found some beautiful things there.

The name of the Alzheimer's store is The Guardian Angel Thrift store and it's located in the strip mall on Westinghouse Blvd at the intersection of S.Tryon.

If 'used' or 'second hand' doesn't bother you I've found great furniture on Craigslist, there's all sorts of stuff in the furniture section and for every room.

My whole living room set was found on Craigslist so it may be worth taking a look......

We got most of our furniture from Rooms To Go Outlet off of 85 at Billy Graham Pkwy. It might have some nicks and scratches but we got solid wood stuff cheap. Plus they'll negotiate prices with you. And I can't think of the name for the life of me but there's a furniture store off of Concord Pkwy in Concord near the Lowe's that has good furniture pretty cheap. They had a special once for a solid wood bedroom set for $599. It looks like a hole in the wall but inside, it's really nice.

We LOVE Cranford furniture. It's a little far- Valdese, NC, but they have great prices on factory direct stuff. What they don't have they'll order for you. We've been three time now, for our living room, dining set and office.
