Do tell...the neighborhood is so - insultated, is I guess the best word I can think of to describe it. Nothing much changes in there as far as I can tell - generations of families have lived and do live there - same old, same old.

My business model is a little different from what I am seeing and hearing here. I tend to get a property rehab put a tenant in it then sell to the next investor. I was able to get some properties pretty cheap and sell pretty well. I have since shown some clients the area and they have jumped on the bandwagon. Mind you I have not been in the area since Feb so have not checked on it for the last 6 months.

I see So you aren't in it for the long haul huh? Me personally? If I had the money I'd buy right in Chantilly or Oakhurst - find a nice long term renter and make a killing in about 10 years

I need to make $$ today so I can then invest for tomorrow Us starving Realtors need to eat plus I have two growing boys and that's all they do
