Hi,

My family and I are looking to relocate to Huntersville. We are interested in homes 2 story , at 4,100 sq ft. 4 bedrooms.
What are some estmates on what a/c, heat, oil, gas ,and electric cost are for that size house. I live in NY and spend $$$ on electric and oil. Trying to figure what the average cost of moderate use of utlities cost in Huntrsville.

Appreciate any help !

Even if utilities would be a few several thosand dollars more, I believe the cost of the home would be less and also taxes would be considerably less.
