We finally made our decision. MILLBRIDGE in Waxhaw it is!!!

We have decided to go with Mattamy Homes. They have been wonderful! We can not go under contract yet, because they havent released pricing. But they are in a couple of weeks and we are on their list to choose one of the first lots to be released. My family and I are so excited. We have searched high and low to call a place home. And now we are proud to say, Millbridge is home!!

If you want to check out the community they have a ton of info Moderator cut: developer ad link

Its an amazing place, in a great school district and the amenity package is nothing Ive ever seen before.

Wish us luck..... nothing is final until this paperwork is complete!

Good luck! We built with Mattamy Homes in Dominion Trace in Highland Creek. Overall, we've been happy with the builder. They've addressed most of our problems. Our biggest issue has been trying to get two kitchen cabinet doors replaced to match the other kitchen cabinet doors (they put in the wrong doors on either side of our oven). This has largely been due to the contractor not cooperating, but we've been waiting on this for about 2 months now, so we're getting a little impatient on that. The 20 or so nail pops and sections of squeaky floors will be dealt with at our 11 month check-up. Other than that, we've been very happy with the builder. Hope you have a good experience.

Make sure you get a buyers agent. Remember, that sales person working in the model home works for the seller. You are only a customer and they have no fiduciary duties to you. As someone on here said before. Why not have someone else do the dirty work, at no cost to you?
