I'm not familiar with the area. I know the Peninsula is in Corneilus .I'm told homes/area there is supposed to the REALLY nice. I have also heard a new community -SkyBrook North and Vermillion are Equally REALLY nice as far as home and community. Can anyone share details about these areas please. I hear and read many things but no real facts to back then up. I know there are several new home communities but I have a family and want a great, respected, and safe area which will hold and retain it's market value.
Thank You

The Pennisula is older. It started in the early 90's anywhere for $300K to multi million homes.

Skybrook is a newer community with homes starting in the mid $200K to $900K's

Vermillion is still going too from the $200K to $700K ( I believe.)

If these are the type of neighborhoods you are looking for you should be fine. I do not see these homes going down to much unless Charlotte turns into a California etc.

There's still room for new construction on The Peninsula (few). Most lots will probably go for $800k to $1M.

Don't forget about River Run in Davidson...nice neighborhood too.

Default Reply for Skybrook vs Peninsula Info

Thank you all for your advice and info on the areas there. I spoke to someone who said the area around Skybrook can be turned into commercial development. Does anyone know. I can't imagine with the homes going for that kind of money that could be possible. But....

Also the information about the Peninsula in Cornelius sounds great. But how are the schools and community.

Thanks!!!
