Hey everyone,
I'm thinking about relocating to Indian Trail. The area that I'm looking in is almost right next to the Elementary School "Shiloh" which is on Rogers Road. It is also about .25 miles South of Sun Valley High School. I currently live in Charlotte in an apt and am looking at a house in this neighborhood. If anyone has any information about this area I would GREATLY appreciate it! Thank you so much! |

our friends live in brook valley,.. they are in between wesley chapel and indian trail but are considered Indian Trail, they are right near Sun Valley Middle..We just met a nice couple who moved out of Holly Park they lived there for 10 yrs and said it has changed alot which is why they moved but anyway their house is for sale you should check it out..If you dont want a year round school you have an option to send them to Antioch Elem which is on a traditional schedule....and her dd attends Sun Valley currently..
good luck on your home search. I also would go to greatschools.net |

Not sure why the OP said get close to Wesley Chapel, as there is absolutely nothing wrong with this area. You will like it very much. Hope that comes close to what you are looking for. |

That sounds great. We have narrowed the search to a few homes in the "Sandalwood" sub-division. It seems like a great place with a great starter home. We are really excited about buying our first place, big step and a lot of nerve racking but I think well worth it. Especially since rent in Charlotte and the surrounding area is going up up up. Thanks for the info I really appreciate it. Once we move in maybe we'll have to meet up with a few people from the area and have a Bar-B-Q. Thanks to everyone who responded!

My best friend has lived in Holly Park since Oct. 07. She loves it. Her 7 yr old twins to Shiloh. Its a great school an she is very happy. The only thing she regrets is that her development does not have a pool. |

Sandalwood is nice, there are actually two seperate sections. Sometimes the other (closer to Indian Trail) is not always labeled as the Sandalwood subdivision. You have to leave one part to get to the other side as they do not have connecting streets.
One of them is actually considered to be in Monroe not Indian Trail. |
