Default CHARTER SCHOOLS CARPOOLING or BUS

Interested in Lqke Norman Charter School and Children Community School Charter School. Are there buses or just carpooling? How does carpooling work, especially for working parents who can't carpool? Looking to relocate to Huntersville.

Thank you

Why not worry about getting in first, I hear that's the hard part!

Charter schools don't have busses. Carpooling can work however you work it out to work. You can participate or maybe pay someone for gas....

Charter schools here are lottery and lotteries are applied for in January, so applying now wouldn't get your child in.

Many charter schools have about 800 applicants for only about 50-100 openings per year. They are difficult to get in to.

Thanks, I will seriously consider the public schools just in case i don't get into the lottery. Not to pleased with the elem and middle school for the skybrook north area. Very difficult to find newer homes in great school districts. Atleast so far... Schools will determine where we will relocate. Hey how are gas prices? (just Joking) We are paying $4.89 a gallon today. Tomorrow who knows....

Whats wrong with Huntersville Elemantary and Blythe. These are actually pretty good schools. The middle school Alexander could be a little better and North Meck is a helluva lot better than Hopewell.
