Are you kidding? I don't know about that. I saw a sign on the interstate up by Cornelius that was partially blown down but everything else seems fine. What were you looking for? Did you find it?

Do you have a realtor? I would highly recommend one. You meet at a location and they drive you around, neighborhood to neighborhood, county to county. Also, the seller pays their commissions so you are really hurting yourself if you don't have one and giving a seller a strong advantage. We move frequently and rely on realtors all the time. I would not personally buy/sell a house without them and they earn what they make. They also have a vast knowledge of the area and can find what suits your needs. I can tell you what I like but it might not be what you are looking for. That's what a pro is for. I think it will help you a lot and you will find it less overwelming. With a good realtor, you also don't have to worry as much about whether you made a mistake or not. Your home is your biggest investment, don't go it alone!
