Anyone know of this street name? (Monroe, Franklin: maps, drive, community)

I was wanting to know if there is a street called Tradewinds Drive in Monroe. I guess that was a rather poorly asked question. I think I found it, though.

Typically, I would just go to google maps and type in "Tradewinds Dr Monroe, NC" and it would show you it, if it exists.

Well, that's the problem. I tried that and I don't get anything, but I'm pretty sure that's what she said. Sometimes new streets don't make it into Google maps or Mapquest right away, but I found some documents that indicate that street might exist from the Monroe City Council. Thanks, though!

Tradewinds is in the Southwinds community off Rt 75. West Franklin turns into Rt 75. Turn Left on MLK and second right is Tradewinds.
