Ten 0 Five - 1005 W. Trade St
Post Gateway - we lived there for 13 months and LOVED it!
Post Uptown
4th Ward Square
The Arbors

And they are in random order...

I would personally stay away from 1st Ward Plce...just my opinion.

They should also look for condo's to rent too...just make sure they have a ZIP code of 28202!

And just wanted to make sure the apartments/condos are "in" Uptown and not "near" Uptown....that can be a huge difference.

I agree.....4th ward square right now is only renting short term leases. It's also the location of the police sub station .....probably pretty safe there....

You won't find any stories on it....or at least I couldn't through google. But I promise it's there. It was moved from the college and 7th location to there.....I think. Something to do with construction.

I have heard they will be there from 4 months to maybe 1 year.....It happened overnight. 4th Ward was vacant.....the next day it was pretty full. I think it's great. I wish it was permanent.

Your in Charlotte......Ride down W. 8th

I believe you. With all the construction going on Uptown and all the cranes...what was there last month may not be there today.

Uptown is quite safe!

GOOD LUCK!
Thats a good point. none of the places had that zip code. But there was 28209, 28210, Do you know if those are good areas. I think I will be ok with near uptown.
