Jersey..here is some info on NC homeschooling..I would not recommend Cornelius for special needs kids..one of my friends pulled her daughter out and is now homeschooling her (something she never thought she would do but it was a really bad situation in Cornelius with their special needs classes)
It is not strict at all here for homeschooling..no degree necessary unlike some other states.
