What's with that house??
OK...so we're driving along Sugar Creek Rd. today, & right next to the United House of Prayer for all people, down the road a bit from Hubbard Falls subdivision is this HUGE brick house. It's surrounded by a brick wall with black iron fencing on it, gate with a security guard house & this huge gold, decorative medallion on the front (looks like a clock or plaque in in the middle of it).
Does anyone know who lives there???

I thought it was owned or related to the United House of Prayer folks. I think the recorded owner is the same for both

Look it up on Meclenburg GIS or register deeds, or tax parcel lookup and it will tell you the last taxpayer of that property is or any property for that matter.
All are available on the county website or google. |

Is the pastor's mansion that lives in Washington, DC. He doesn't even live in Charlotte. He stays there when he is in town and they also hold some church functions there. Beautiful house.  |

LOL, I've always thought someone in the hood won the lottery and became ghettofabulous over night! hahaha.... That house is so raunchy!

I wouldn't call a pastor's mllion dollar 2nd home raunchy...maybe a bit overdone for Derita though. |

I've only passed it a couple times, but the gold bling bling on the gates and house (from what I remember) classifies as raunchy in my book.  At the VERY least, gaudy!  |
